At Bugalugs Pet Care, we want your furry friend to look their best, so if your pet apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and free of pet hair to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and hair-free.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
